Frequently asked questions

How do I propose a meeting time?
The first zone in the list is you. Drag the slider to the time you would like to meet — every other zone updates instantly so you can see whether 2pm your time is a civilised 9am or a brutal 3am for your client. Aim for the green "working hours" band in every row.
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. Conversions use your browser's built-in time-zone database, so spring-forward and fall-back shifts are applied automatically for the date shown. The offset badge (e.g. EST vs EDT) updates to match.
Can I add any city in the world?
Start typing a city or region in the add box and pick from the list — it covers the full set of time zones your browser knows about, not just the common ones. Your selection is remembered on this device for next time.
Why does a row sometimes say "+1 day"?
When the meeting time crosses midnight in another zone, the date there is genuinely a different day. The badge makes that explicit so you do not accidentally book a client for what is, to them, tomorrow morning or yesterday evening.
